We are a small-town fitness center with everything you need for a good workout. From exercise equipment, to well-qualified fitness instructors and trainers, to a clean and comfortable atmosphere, we have what you need to make your fitness and athletic goals a reality.
Our membership plans range from one day to one year, so whether you are just visiting or looking for a place to work out on a regular basis, Rudy’s can accommodate you. We have special senior discounts, as well as special plans for those who only want to take fitness classes taught by instructors.

JOY SPERRY-MELVIN
JOY SPERRY-MELVIN

Manager of Peak Fitness, MES( Medical Exercise Specialist), Personal Trainer. Joy assists in bridging the gap between healthcare (Physical therapy) and physical fitness. Joy is a certified health/life coach. Her role is to assist clients with total body transformation through “true habit” and implement strategies, action plans to get your body in an optimal state of healing. She is here to motivate and help clients pursue a healthy lifestyle. Joy provides coaching in health and wellness, careers, relationships, finance, and something greater (spirituality). In her spare time she enjoys getting outdoors hiking, fishing, and spending time with her dog Missy Moo.
OUR TRAINERS

Yadi Spangenberg

Wife, Mom of 4 kids, 2 dogs and 31 chickens! Born and raised throughout Europe, came to the US for college, met her Idaho native husband on the Payette River and never left! She loves the outdoors, playing with her family and helping others achieve their goals. Each season in McCall brings many outdoors pursuits, some of her favorite being backcountry snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing the river with her kids, trail running her dogs and morel picking.
