Sally Elliott
-  Certified Personal Trainer,  Yoga Instructor,  Studio Cycling Instructor,  TRX Suspension Trainer and Cross-Country Ski Instructor. Sally recently set an age group world record in the Ski Erg World Sprint Championships competing against women in ten countries.

Lisa Marie – has been an active athlete from middle school, through college, running at Western State College, NCAA National Champions cross country team in 2001, and track team in 2000 - 2002, and also on Oregon State Crew team in 1998.  She moved to McCall in 2013 to share the love of Pilates - Mindful movement and enjoy the amazing Idaho outdoors. She is a Certified Balanced Body/Physical Mind Pilates Apparatus and Mat Instructor Ace Personal Trainer since 2004, and Whitewater kayak instructor. Lisa Marie has worked with clients with back pain, shoulder impingements, knee-hip replacements, and pre and post prenatal. (Pre or Post rehab).

Deb Fereday-  Certified Studio Cycling Instructor, Yoga Instructor and has 30 years experience teaching group exercise

Scott McKenzie-  Certified Studio Cycling Instructor

Audrey Linville-  Certified Studio Cycling Instructor and Personal Trainer; worked at Rancho la Puerta in Mexico, where she taught 23 different types of exercise classes and led fitness training hikes; guides commercial raft trips on the Payette, Snake and Salmon Rivers in Central Idaho.

Jane Wurster – Certified Yoga Instructor, TRX Suspension Trainer,  Studio   Cycling Instructor, Step Aerobics and Group Exercise Instructor. Jane and her husband Steve Wurster have hiked, biked, climbed, and skied in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia. Her friends get to travel vicariously through her fabulous photos.
